A truely pearl this is ! Very charming and very Parisian indeed! I would reserve a table in advance , since this is popular . A non-tourist place !!You voun`t meet the neightbore here. And the Parc Belleville is close by. I will also recomend the film : "Le triplettes de Belleville"
