In a leafy passage in the heart of Montparnasse, this community museum pieces together one of the last remainders of the great Montparnasse period in art history. It is bordered by artists' workshops from the beginning of the century. Pretty Virginia creeper ivy obscures this museum that recalls all who once lined the streets of Montparnasse: Picasso, Modigliani, Chagall, Hemingway
